Today i am going to share about how to calculate property net profit.
Property price: RM 1,250,000, after 2 years, it now become RM 1,600,000
Gross profit: RM 350,000
You need to minus the following:
-Lawyer fees+ Stamp duty RM 52,000
-15% Property gain tax(max) RM 52,500
-10% Tax RM 35,000
-Total daily interest paid to bank RM 0.00 (assume 0 interest)
Net Profit = RM 210,500
+ 15% Capital (Down payment) RM 187,000
Total cash on hand after transaction completed = RM 397,500
